1 Privacy Policy Statement
This privacy policy statement (“Policy”) sets out how we, Phuket Meditation Co., Ltd. Phuket Counseling (at the Phuket Meditation Center) is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. We may ask you to provide certain information that helps us to identify you when using this website. However, please rest assured that we only use information that you choose to provide in accordance with this Policy. 2 Information We Collect
We collect two general categories of information: “Non-personal Information” and “Personal Information”. Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs. Personal Information is information you give to us when choosing to be on our email lists, make reservations for our events and classes or contact us through our contact forms. 2.1 Automatic Collection of Information

Through the “Comment Box” and “Contact Forms” you may share other information with us including but not limited to your personal travel preferences, personal health concerns or personal health goals (the “Additional Information”). 3 When We Collect Information
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to a newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form or enter information on our site.

We are ready to delete all your information immediately upon request. Since we are a small company and very responsive we do our absolute best to make you feel safe and respected as our guest and website visitor.

Personal Information you provide to us is used to help us communicate with you. For example, we use Personal Information to contact users and guests in response to questions, manage bookings and reservations, solicit feedback, provide technical support, fulfill legal obligations, and inform users and guests about news and promotional offers.
4.2 Email Addresses
We primarily use your email address in order to confirm your reservations and subscriptions and to contact you in case of important updates and changes to your bookings. We may also periodically send you news concerning our program and promotional material. PC agrees not to use false or misleading subjects or email addresses. The company always include the physical address of our business or site headquarters. We monitor third-party email marketing services for compliance, if we use one. PC honors opt-out/unsubscribe requests quickly and allow users to unsubscribe by using the link at the bottom of each email.
As part of the signup process, we allow you to choose whether you wish to receive advertisements, updates, promotions and other information about PC. We will only send you this information if you chose to opt-in by clicking the respective box giving us consent to deliver our periodic mailings to your email address. If you chose not to opt-in to receive these communications, we will not send them to you. 5.1 With Your Consent
Where you have provided consent, we share your information, including personal information, as described at the time of consent. If you participate in promotional activities conducted by PC partners or third parties we may also share information if you have provided us with prior consent to do so.
5.2 Profiles and other Public Information
The Site lets you publish information, including personal information, that is visible to the general public. For example, if you submit content in a community or discussion forum, blog or social media post, or use a similar feature on the Site, that content is publicly visible. Information you share publicly on the Site may be indexed through third party search engines. If you change your public-facing content, these search engines may not update their databases. We do not control the practices of third party search engines, and they may use caches containing your outdated information.
5.3 Compliance with Law, Responding to Legal Requests, Preventing Harm and Protection of our Rights

(i) comply with our legal obligations, (ii) to comply with legal process and to respond to claims asserted against PC, (iii) to respond to verified requests relating to a criminal investigation or alleged or suspected illegal activity or any other activity that may expose us, you, or any other of our users to legal liability, (iv) to enforce and administer our Terms of Service or other agreements with our users and customers, or (v) to protect the rights, property or personal safety of PC, its employees, its users, customers or members of the public.

6 Retention Of Personal Information
We will maintain Personal Information for as long as the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand (“Applicable Law”) require us to. Alternatively, for as long as necessary and for the purpose(s) we have described above. We will delete Personal Information when we don’t need it any longer. In any case, we will delete it upon expiration of the maximum storage term set forth by Applicable Law.
Unless the law requires it by court order, or any government or law enforcement authority, we do not provide your Personal Information to any third party. This also includes additional Information that you may provide to us through this website. We store all of your Personal Information securely at the Phuket Meditation Center in Phuket, Thailand. We do not transfer your Personal Information internationally.
You may request details of Personal Information that we hold about you by writing an email to info@phuketcounseling.com. We will subsequently provide the information to you in a readable electronic-format free of charge and within five (5) business days of receiving your request. Generally we may apply an administrative fee to those requests that we deem to be excessive or repetitive.
7 Security
We are continuously implementing and updating administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or alteration. Some of the safeguards we use to protect your information are firewalls and data encryption, and information access controls. However, these measures do not guarantee that your information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of such firewalls and secure server software. By using our Service, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to assume these risks. If you know or have reason to believe that your PC Account credentials have been lost, stolen, misappropriated, or otherwise compromised or in case of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of your PC Account, please contact us following the instructions in the “Contact Information” section below.
8 Third Party Partners And Integrations
The Site may contain links to third party websites or services, such as third party integrations, co-branded services, or third party-branded services (“Third Party Partners”). PC doesn’t own or control these Third Party Partners and when you interact with them, you may be providing information directly to the Third Party Partner, PC, or both. These Third Party Partners will have their own rules about the collection, use, and disclosure of information. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of the other websites you visit.
9 Children’s Privacy
The Site and the Service are not directed to anyone under the age of 13. 12 Use of YouTube Videos
We may use embedded YouTube videos in the extended data protection mode. YouTube is a service from Google Inc. and makes this extended data protection mode available. It also ensures that YouTube saves no cookies with personal data on your computer. When calling up the website and to embed the video, the IP address is transferred. This address cannot be correlated. That is provided you have not logged into YouTube or another Google service prior to calling up the site. Also, if you are permanently logged in to Google.

For example, if we suspend an PC Account for fraud or safety reasons, we may retain certain information from that PC Account to prevent that user or customer from opening a new PC Account in the future.
We may retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations. For example, PC may keep some of your information for tax, legal reporting and auditing obligations.
Information you have shared with others (e.g., comment postings) may continue to be publicly visible on the Site. Even after your PC Account is cancelled. However, attribution of such information to you will be removed. Additionally, some copies of your information (e.g., log records) may remain in our database. But they are disassociated from personal identifiers.
Because we maintain the Site to protect from accidental or malicious loss and destruction, residual copies of your personal information may not be removed from our backup systems for a limited period of time.
